It contains various protection circuit, so that the work safety and reliability. Main protection circuit are: short circuit protection, thermal protection, ground accidentally open circuit, power supply polarity reverse (Vsmax = 12 v), as well as the load discharge voltage recoil and so on
TDA2030A to highest in minimum + 6 v + 22 v work under voltage, or minus 19 v, 8 Ω impedance can output the effective power of the 16 w, THD 0.1% or less
Notice:
TDA2030A recoil with load discharge voltage protection circuit, if the power supply voltage peak voltage 40 v, then between 5 feet and the power supply must insert the LC filter, diode pressure limiting (5 feet high pressure for any reason, is generally loudspeaker coil inductance, the voltage is equal to the power supply voltage) to ensure the pulse sequence of 5 feet keep within the prescribed range.
Thermal protection, thermal protection limited has the following advantages, output can easily withstand overload (even for a long period of time), or when environment temperature more than protection
Compared with ordinary circuit, the safety factor of the heat sink can be smaller. Junction temperature more than one thousand, also won't have damage to the device, if this occurs, the Po = (and of course Ptot) and Io was reduced
Printed circuit board design must consider ground and good output decoupling, because these lines have big electric current passes through
Assembly time between heat sink and don't need insulation, wire length should be as short as possible, the welding temperature shall not exceed 260 ℃, 12 seconds
